Show Vehicle Booking | Retro Festival 2025
Show vehicle booking is now open! We would love to have you show your vehicle at Retro Festival 2025 and look forward to seeing all of the incredible vehicles you bring along. If you wish to camp for the weekend you can do so at a much reduced rate of just £80 including your show vehicle admission. Camping pitches are available from Thursday 7th August (Pitch size- 10m x 8m).
Please note:-
1. YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE OR A SPECIAL INTEREST/CUSTOM VEHICLE – if in doubt, to avoid disappointment, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk with a photo and details of why you think your vehicle should be included.
2. There is a £20 charge for all exhibits but this includes admission for you and a guest. For any additional guests travelling with you, tickets must be purchased in advance which can be done below.
3. Exhibitors are to be on site by 9.00am and not leave before 6.00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be no unauthorised vehicle movements on site between these times.
