EXHIBITOR RULES
1. YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OF AGE OR A SPECIAL INTEREST/CUSTOM VEHICLE – if in doubt, to avoid disappointment, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk with a photo and details of why you think your vehicle should be included.
2. There is a £30 charge for all exhibits, this includes admission for you and a guest. For any additional guests travelling with you, tickets must be purchased in advance which can be done below.
3. Exhibitors are to be on site by 9.30am and not leave before 6.00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be no unauthorised vehicle movements on site between these times.
