Show Vehicle Booking | Retro Festival 2027

UPDATED EXHIBITOR RULES – READ BEFORE BOOKING

1.YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD – to help us keep Retro Festival true to its roots and maintain an authentic mix of classic vehicles, all vehicles must be at least 30 years old.

If your vehicle is under 30 years old but you believe it should be considered as a special interest vehicle, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk before booking, including a photo of the vehicle and a brief explanation of why you feel it would be suitable for the show.

If you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the criteria, please contact us before booking to avoid disappointment. All vehicles that fall outside the 30-year rule must receive prior approval.

2. There is a £30 charge for all exhibits, this includes admission for you and a guest. For any additional guests travelling with you, tickets must be purchased in advance which can be done below.

3. Exhibitors are to be on site by 9.30am and not leave before 6.00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be no unauthorised vehicle movements on site between these times.
